Returns & Exchanges

Hello, and thank you for choosing our store! Sometimes things don't quite work out, and we totally understand. That's why we've developed a flexible exchange and return policy for our valued customers.

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date. To ensure a smooth return or exchange, we ask that all items be returned in the same condition in which you received them: unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and with all tags and labels attached.

Starting the process of returning or exchanging is very simple. Simply visit our Return Center page and enter your order number and email address. Provide a reason for the return or exchange, and we'll walk you through the rest of the process. You will receive a response from us within 2 business days.

In the event of a company error, such as a damaged product or the wrong item, we will gladly cover all shipping costs. If the return or exchange is due to personal preference, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping.

For an exchange, specify the product you want to receive instead of the returned one. We will promptly process the exchange as soon as your returned item arrives with us.

Each return is subject to inspection upon arrival at our warehouse. After confirming the condition of the goods, we will proceed with the return or exchange. Please give us 5 working days from the date of receipt of the goods to process your request.
